Seated Event

Isn't a seated event a private function, in ways? We would tend to agree. We do differentiate, however, if only for the formality aspect which seems more pronounced for a seated event. Think rows of chairs, a panel of speakers, a debate, an annual general meeting for your sports club or condominium association, etc. The list goes on.
