Terms and Conditions

  • All the venue is under CCTV cameras surveillance all the time.
  • Any damages are responsibility of the host.
  • When using wooden flooring no stiletto is allowed in the premises.
  • No kids face painting is allowed.
  • No sparklers, No rice confetti.
  • No small paper confetti, ask management before buying for our approval.
  • No firework candles for cakes.
  • Indoors is a no smoking area, but we do have an outdoors smoking area.
  • No food and drinks can be brought into the venue unless consent is given by the management. If the consented food is home made this should be done against a signed responsibility from the host.
  • All food allergies should be informed to management by host in writing when booking.
  • Confirmation of booking is done only by 50% deposit or €200 if package is not decided at time of booking. Deposit is not refundable.
  • Full balance is to be settled on the day of the event.
  • Confirmation of amounts in writing is required 7 days prior to event.
  • A consent form provided by The Park shall be signed prior to event.
  • Event may be transferred to another day only at the management's discretion.
  • The management has the right to dismiss anyone out from the premises should the management deem there is a valid reason.
  • It is the responsibility of the host to inform their guests about these terms and conditions.
